1. Are the TENGA Air-Tech Series reusable products?
Yes! With normal washing and storing, the TENGA Air-Tech Series products may be used approximately 50 times. *Reusability may vary according to intensity of use, storage and maintenance.

2. Are the TENGA Air-Tech Series electronic?
No. Please use the product manually.

3. How do you wash the Air-Tech products?
We recommend the following:
1) Remove internal sleeve from outer case.
2) Invert and wash under running water. If using soap, ensure the soap is a neutral or mild soap so as not to damage the material.
3) Dry off with a towel.
4) Invert again to original state to dry. If left inverted (2) the material may stretch and become unuseable.
5) Store inside the outer case.

4. What are the differences between the White, Red and Black TENGA Air-Tech products?
The three differ in intensity of experience through material firmness and internal structure.
White – Gentle – Smoother internal structure for a soft sensation.
Red – Regular – Similar to our Red CUP Series, this is the standard stimulation strength.
Black – Strong – The material is firmest of the three, along with dynamic internal detailing for a strong sensation.

5. What lubricant should I use with TENGA Air-Tech?
The Air-Tech products all come with a sample pouch of our “HOLE LOTION Real.” We recommend TENGA Brand HOLE LOTION for further uses. Please note that while the material (TPE) should be compatible with other water-based lubricants, we can not be held responsible for damages from third-party lubricants.

8. Are there fake (counterfeit) versions of TENGA products out there?
Currently there are a number of counterfeit fakes on the market. While they may look like normal TENGA products, their quality is far inferior to authentic items and may even be dangerous to your health.

9. What is the different between the TENGA CUP Series and TENGA Air-Tech Series?
Think of Air-Tech as the CUP’s second generation. The Air-Tech are reusable, have stronger vacuum strength and a new air-cushion system!

10. Does that mean the Air-Tech is better than the CUP Series?
Not exactly. While being reusable is great, the hygiene of a one-use item is not to be set aside. 11. I can’t insert myself into the Air-Tech, what can I do?
Please remove the air hole sticker on the top and ensure the inside of the sleeve, the insertion point of the sleeve, as well as your member are well lubricated for smooth insertion.

12. What is the air hole for?
This not only lets air escape upon insertion, but once inserted, if you cover it with your finger you can create a virtual vacuum, for an amazing suction sensation!

13. There is a cut on the insertion pad, is it broken?
No. Due to the inside of the cup being air-tight, we included the small cut in the smooth-pad to release air upon insertion.
