The HydroXreme7 boasts a redesigned bellows system tailored to increase suction force for quicker, more noticeable results- can’t get much better than that! There are nice clear markings on the side of the box, so if you don’t feel like getting out a ruler, just compare your erection to the markings. Once in the tub or shower, you’ll fill the inner cylinder with water and insert your relaxed (un-erect) penis inside. There’s a slanted side to the gaiter’s sealing ring, this should be placed against your scrotum to avoid any discomfort. When the base is evenly placed around the base of your penis and pressed against your body, push down on the cylinder to release any excess water.
